How do I change the background colour for the language bar icon?

Hello all, I am using windows classic theme in windows 7. However, the background and font colour are grey and black respectively. Does anyone know how to change the background colour to dark blue and font colour to white like windows XP?

The language bar icon represents the icon which contains the words like "EN","JP" or "CH".

    Hi Ying Ying,

When you activate "Windows Classic" theme, there is the Second button below "Window Colour" that you can click on to customize the colour of various element, such as window Background colour.

To only change the language bar you might have to use a custom Aero theme instead of Windows Classic and customize this element of the theme:
    Vista Legacy > Taskbar & Tray Notify > Taskbar > Basic > Toolbar > Textcolor:Color

    This is from this URL:
Change font color for Language Bar

I hope I understand you correctly,

    Seotha.

    Thank You for your reply!
I have tried to modify the "Window Colour" but I still cannot find a corresponding element to change the language bar background colour.

For the text colour, it is possible to change the colour. For the background, I still cannot find a possible solution to it.
