    How do I fix a black background on Windows 7 Starter.


    Ok, So I have checked the "remove background images" fix and that didn't work.

    I used this to try to get a background image

    I did change some of the folders from being controlled by TrustedInstaller to the Admin.

    I can provide screenshots of folders if acquired.
