Yes they are just like other options you have under Personalisation. If you copy the main theme file in the C:\Windows\Resources\Themes & then apply you will be able to view it as another option in Personlisation window (just like i do)!!!

nope.. it's just theme manager... you can manage the themes, icons, and logon screen..

I just want to ask something.I downloaded Virtuality – Theme for Win 7 : and when I extract files,and start Virtuality.theme I got this:
Themes For Windows 7-explorer.png Themes For Windows 7-capture.png
Start menu is like old,explorer is not changed like from the picture.What I'm doing wrong?

My friend the reason being you need another program like Full Glass, Glass2k or Black Glass Enhanced v 2.0...that'll get you going & will give the same effect like the 1 shown on the website

I'd suggest you to not use Vista Glazz .... it's a single time patcher . Follow the tutorial Theme - How to Apply Custom Themes , use the universal theme patcher stated in it . It will patch the necessary files permanently .

Why I run Microsoft Flight Simulator (FSX) it changes the theme to Windows basic. Why? It does it with Vista too. Like, I doubt the game was made for XP.

Hi all. I have a serious problem with windows themes. I did a repair install and since then when I choose for example and aero theme it will apply high contrast theme and so on. No theme is correct. How can I fix it? Thanks.
