On Aero troubleshoot it didn't say there was any error, but I still can't enable any theme, or atleast use personalization options.

Nope.
However, i didn't have it back when i had to change the specifications of my computer, the personalization options were still working. |

I asked because you listed Intelbras as the computer manufacturer and the only thing I could find for them is software. Maybe you can explain that.
I know you're not getting any BSOD's, but I wonder if you would follow the instructions here- Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions and post the resulting .zip file so I/we can look at your system and the events a little closer. |

Honestly the only option i have is to format my PC, which will probably fix this issue.

some themes aren't working I've downloaded several themes onto my laptop, running windows 7 x64, but some work and some don't. I've gotten killiki and elegant glass to work, as well as a couple others, but i can't get counter elements and a few others to work. Anyone know what the problem could be? |
