Ok. Here's a copy of all the High Contrast themes from my system in the C:\Windows\Resources\Ease of Access Themes folder.

Hi, my user account is admin ac with no password to help easy logging.
I went and enabled built in admin account, but still could not copy the theme file
I already reported that i just double clicked and activated hc thme1 with your given file.
As it says Please Wait screen and then changes the theme, i think that your theme file just worked fine.
But when i went to the folder to replace, i get this access denied problem.
can i change the owner to my user account, which is admin.
please give me link , to how to take ownership of tha Resources folder

    thanks for all your help

Hi, Brink, After surfing the net, i came across a site, i did not remember , browser history cleaned by cc, i just copy a reg script and right click to merge or double click to run.
it just created a take owner ship, in my context menu.
Just went to the Resources Folder and then click take owenership . It just happened , that no error came.
Just selected your theme file and copied to the required folder. Now it has been copied without any error or prompt
First when i run the script, i got error like , it is not a reg script

So, i just copied the windows version or registry to the top of the script and then it worked.
i will definitely try to include the link in my future post.
i also copied your theme zip and it is very useful

    Hi, brinks. Thanks.
users can refer the link to copy the script.
users have to add this on top of the script for registry editor to work
otherwise, error message would occur.Ths script is
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
This is to identify that it is a registry script
