Remove additional themes

Is it possible to remove/delete the Architecture, Landscapes, Nature etc. themes?

Those themes are located here. C:\Windows\Resources\Themes. You will have to take ownership before you can delete. Take Ownership Shortcut

If you want to delete the wallpapers also, they are here. C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper. Same deal with take ownership first if I remember correctly.

Hope this helps.

But it is OK to delete them? Also, are these just theme files that are using the default aero.msstyles?
Thanks

Yes they use the default Aero.msstyles

You can just delete the files here:

Windows Resources Themes Select the theme files you want to delete.

Or you can also do a backup in case you want them back someday
