Theme Problem

Now none of my title bars are are transparent, they are all a solid sky color. I tried going in and changing my theme back, but nothing I do works! There is a way to bring back the color that you want, but I do not know what it is. You could research and wait for others and if you get the right answer, great. If you get tired of waiting try system restore, I am sure it will work.

Also you could try a simple step to figure out what the problem is follow the MS KB
