Themes upset settings

Whenever I change the desktop themes it upsets my pointer and sound settings, ( it resets to default) is this right or wrong?

that is normal behavior. you start with a default and customize it how you see fit. try saving your sound theme to make it easier to set up.

The default sounds for my avast a/v is no sounds is that right?
Everytime I change the desktop themes I lose my avast sounds. So I have to reapply them.

how to stop imported themes changing power settings?
Hi I imported a few themes from the W7 store on-line (Browse new Themes..) and found to my annoyance that the imported themes change more than the desktops and actually change power saving settings to those of laptops etc... I run a PC. I even found a Samsung power saving theme (For a laptop..)...

Mouse appearance settings (from themes) not saved after reboot
I'm using Win7 Ultimate x64 and I downloaded a Starcraft 2 Theme that changes the mouse cursor appearance. BSOD everyday really upset pls help
I have no where to run but I must keep going. It started to happen days ago out of the blue. My system would just ..... presto BSOD and memory dump . Here are my recent dumps any anyone can look into it for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :cry:
