    Ok first try to click an Aero theme (marked with Red)
    If the theme is still default/basic, click the text i marked in Blue

    Then your problem, nearly has to be that you are not able to use Aero

    Or....
    You got an illegal copy of Windows 7 which has some kinda bug in it
    Where did you get your windows 7? What version is it?

    I have this copy from the internet ... but I think the reason is that the video card does not support the Aero

Hi all I have just upgraded from Vista to windows 7 and are haveing trouble with changing the themes. The themes were working fine when on Vista. I had a standard theme with a different wallpaper added (photo). Now after I updated to 7 when I change to another theme only the colors change...
