Apply custom themes silenlty

Is there a way to apply custom themes silently without activating "Personalization" window?
I know that they will apply by running them from
But that will activate the "Personalization"

Hey , When i apply the custom theme i'm patching those 3 dlls using Universal Theme Patcher according our tutorial then when i apply theme it stays then when i reboot Menus are going into classic menu when i check it has lost thier patchs we do to thoses dlls. Please help
