Add this to your reg file to show and select the wallpaper in the "Desktop Background" options:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Wallpapers\KnownFolders\0
    \Windows Wallpapers\MergeFolders]
    "C:\\Windows\\Globalization\\MCT\\MCT-US\\Wallpaper"=""
    "C:\\Windows\\Globalization\\MCT\\MCT-GB\\Wallpaper"=""
    "C:\\Windows\\Globalization\\MCT\\MCT-AU\\Wallpaper"=""
    "C:\\Windows\\Globalization\\MCT\\MCT-CA\\Wallpaper"=""
    "C:\\Windows\\Globalization\\MCT\\MCT-ZA\\Wallpaper"=""
    "C:\\Windows\\Globalization\\MCT\\MCT-JP\\Wallpaper"=""
    "C:\\Windows\\Globalization\\MCT\\MCT-DE\\Wallpaper"=""
    "C:\\Windows\\Globalization\\MCT\\MCT-CN\\Wallpaper"=""
    "C:\\Windows\\Globalization\\MCT\\MCT-ES\\Wallpaper"=""
    "C:\\Windows\\Globalization\\MCT\\MCT-FR\\Wallpaper"=""
    "C:\\Windows\\Globalization\\MCT\\MCT-KR\\Wallpaper"=""
    "C:\\Windows\\Globalization\\MCT\\MCT-MX\\Wallpaper"=""
    "C:\\Windows\\Globalization\\MCT\\MCT-RU\\Wallpaper"=""

    Nice 1 bum

Update: I don't have the above registry settings but the wallpapers still show in 'Desktop Background'. I'm looking for a way to get them 2 show within it's coutries name, but it's proving a bit resilliant

Rename each folder named Wallpaper with it's respective country and do the same for the word "Wallpaper" in each entry in my last post.

I've been that way round but if you look at the actual folders for the original 5 regional themes, they have their own country folder then the wallpaper files but the theme files only use 'Wallpaper'

The MergeFolders for UK (in my case) also state wallpaper & not 'United Kingdom' it's that bit that's eluding me

Did you change the word "Wallpaper" in the reg file above? The included wallpapers such as UK (GB) are categorized even without renaming the entry. Run the reg but first change names for added wallpaper only.
