There are alot of great themes and useful info that might help you on a site called virtualcustoms.net I have totally changed the entire look of my system using the stuff on there site. They have everything Icons, Themes, Start button orbs, Wallpapers, Software to help mod your system for themes

We at virtualcustoms are one of the biggest site within Windows Customization and we have a lot of interesting content

I am a super mod over their, so i have some knowledge about the content there

While I haven't found an Aero theme that is high contrast, I have been able to adjust by choosing a normal aero theme and using the full screen mode of magnifier with color inversion on.

1. Open Ease of Access by pressing Windows + U, then select Start Magnifier.
2. Using the small window that has the magnifier settings, click the Options button , and then select the Turn on color inversion check box.

I hope this helps until MS does design a high contrast or inverted Aero theme! Have a good day!
