    High Contrast Black Theme

Hi guys, I'm Visually impaired and need help with windows 7's themes and full screen magnifier.

For thoes who want to check it out just push (windows key and the '+' key, its really a life saver as third party magnification programs cost hundreds of dollars.

The problem is the high contrast themes that were created for the vision impaired don't actually work with the full screen aero magnifier, which is just utter lunacy.

So, this is why i'm here, do any of you know of a high contrast black theme that works with the full screen aero magnifier?

    Thank you all for reading,
    Thom

Please note that the non-aero magnifier just puts up a magnification field at the top of the screen which is useless for anyone with a vision problem.

I forgot to add, that some personalised themes do not work with the fullscreen magnifier. I am unsure why this is the case as it only effects some custom themes.

Can confirm or deny if it works with the fullscreen windows magnifier? All you have to do is click the key combination of ('windows key', then tap the '+' key to zoom it in.

    Thank you so much,
    Thom

I can confirm myself that this indeed turns off the aero magnifier.

    Is there anyway around this?

I Doubt it. Not unless there is some way to optimize a custom themes to use with the magnifier

Can you explain why custom themes do not work with the magnifier? The magnifier uses Aero, don't all custom themes use aero?

Can you link me to more information on why this is the case?

I just opened the application via the start menu
Start Menu - Search "Magnifier" - Open Magnifier

Is the magnifier full screen, or just the top of the screen is magnified?
