    Icons Messed Up

I installed AlienGUIse and it said it worked with Windows Vista so I thought "Backwards compatibility, so it should work with Windows 7!" And I downloaded it. I applied Alien Invader theme and it messed up all the icons and made folders completely inaccessible.
So I changed the theme to a Windows Vista theme to try to revert back to the windows 7 theme which worked completely except now the icons for shortcuts show a big white piece of paper instead of the regular little arrow. I tried to find some fixes but none of them really worked.
Some places told me to find the icon cache, delete it and restart my computer but none of them really told me where it was.
If anyone knows a fix, please help me out here.
    Thanks!

    Hello DaShwimp,

    Welcome to Seven Forums.

Try this: Icon Cache - Rebuild

    Hope it helps.

If that doesn't work, also try Brinks tute on Thumbnail cache:

The best thing to do is a system restore to a date before you installed it.

I tried both methods and neither of them worked. Thanks for the suggestions, though!
