Windows 7: Theme Installer is screwed...

You can re-start explorer by keeping Task Manager open and clicking "File" then "New Task"

It doesn't work properly with 64-bit. That's the reason the error message is displayed.

"Restart Explorer" is a very useful tiny tool.
It add a line in the contextual menu, very easy to use...

You can find it here (for exemple)
Note : check for the "method 2 : the lazy method"
