Windows 7: MinMaxClose Switching

MinMaxClose Switching

So, I absolutely love this theme: Win7-Blend for Windows 7 v1.8 by ~zainadeel on deviantART
But I don't like the min/max/close buttons on it.
How would I go about modifying this theme to use the default buttons there with Resource Hacker? (my restorator trial expired a few months ago, after using it to mod Explorer's nav buttons)
