Solved 1 time startup script????

Hi folks,

Short details:
We run server 2008r2 and windows 7 clients.
Folder redirection (policies) fail after a recent windows update.
after searching i found a solution to add some register keys.

So the remaining problem persists,
I don't want to go a run the .reg file manually on 100+ computers...

Does someone know a faster solution to run the .reg file with maybe a 1 time startup script when a pc boots?? (applies to making use of the server, so the .reg can be applied to all computers in the same domain if possible)

Maybe using taskscaduler:


just chek "Expire" and "One time" and set date and time so that script expires as soon as it run (few seconds difference for example).

under "Action" tab set parameters for reg file.
to se what available command line options you have to fill in "Action" tab run cmd as admin and type reg add /?

making use of the server, then run a task schedule? thats applies to all computers in the same domain?

yeah, I believe so.
I did never doing this under windows so I'm not 100% sure, sorry.
I think you'll have to select all the computers in select user or group dialog

did not succeed, had to go manually by all computers.
