Hello.Can i play 3d anaglyph games without 3d monitor.This is my GPU-Nvidea Geforce 9500gt.Thanks.

Anaglyph 3D is the old version where you had to wear those red/green goggles
So yes, you can play them since it doesn't require a special monitor ;)
But without the glasses (which you should be able to get in every video store) it will all look like this
