I'm uncertain why your distinguishment really makes any difference, however Opera is also capable of saving C&P'd content to a note. In short there are a number of ways of saving content locally, and I must say it's rather easier to achieve this in Opera than some other browsers...

I've been using Opera for a little over a year. They have some improvements to make, but it's a great browser IMO
