A new grahpics card vs a new HD (maybe SSD) to improve performance

I've just installed Windows 7 64 bit, updated all drivers, downloaded all Windows updates, but still, the speed and performance differences for opening and using high graphic manipulation programs, which I use quite often (especially Photoshop), and for opening and browsing through folders with a lot of files or photos (which I have a few) is not that drastic compared to what I had with Windows 7 32 bit.

It looks like an upgrade is in order, but I don't know if I should get a new graphics card or a new HD (maybe SSD).

What do you think?

lol well ssd's will give you the best base to work with,
Speed up your disk reads and writes,
Then after you can see how thing are functioning

Your card looks okay although it's not my specialty
I believe photoshop or at least cc6 version requires a 1gb card for it's 3d rendering features.

The SSD will give you a fast boot and fast access to programs and data. The better GPU may help when you manipulate files with Photoshop, etc. Best would be to upgrade both. But with the GPU upgrade you may also need a new PSU and that makes it a bit messy and more expensive. Upgrading to a SSD is simple and the SSD prices are reasonable these days..

Yea I did it in opposite as I should of,
Graphic's card/ Ram then sdd,

I should of done the ssd first. ;)
But cc6 worked okay with onboard graphic's but 3d rendering or 3d features as a whole were not available until the graphic's card minimum requirements were met 1 gb
Once that was met AddRam 8 gb pack helped me in being able to do other thing/ surf the web.....

My entire upgrade ws about 220.us + tax..
ssd - 100. Made the most difference in overall speed of the system.
ram - 8 gb pair pack 50. made sure system have more resources to do other things.
card - 1 gb 70.
