Accidentely clicked "deny" on winlogon in regedit,how to fix with cmd?

Yeah like the title says, I clicked "deny" on the wrong folder (on all users). Anyone know how I can change it to "allow" so windows can start again? At this point I can't start windows, however I can access cmd.

This is the folder: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon.
But I don't know what command that allows me to change the competence to "allow" while in the cmd.

Somebody please help me

The easiest way to fix it if you have a Restore Point is run
rstrui.exe
at the command prompt

The reg.exe command is an external command that is available in the following Microsoft operating systems;
Windows XP
Windows Vista
Windows 7

Start rstrui.exe gives me an unknown command... :s So that won't work.

Yeah I've seen that page and tried to understand what command I should be using but haven't found it, and frankly can't really understand it (my English is not too good).

It's supposed to be in C:\Windows\system32 which should be in the path if you are running it from a command prompt, not the start button.

Try this command from a command prompt
dir C:\Windows\system32\rstrui.exe

to see if the file is there.
