Does the wireless keyboard and mouse work at boot up and detected by the BIOS? If it does, Acronis True Image should work too.
But, you should keep a wired keyboard and mouse around in case there are problems and it's needed.

My keyboard and mouse work when I boot to the Windows Emergency Disk. My keyboard works when I boot to bios edit (mouse not required).
I went to Acronics Known Issues webpage and they are aware of the problem and promise a fix. They recommend using a PS2 Keyboard and Mouse (I got rid of mine.. but modern Motherboards don't have PS2 ports anymore)
If you have Acronics and a USB Mouse and Keyboard, test your Emergency Boot Disk.
I don't have that version of Acronis rescue disk and never got the rescue disk to make an image in Win 7. I also have wireless keyboard and mouse.
I can make images with Acronis and the keyboard and mouse do work. I had to have Acronis installed and make the images from the program. I have never been able to rely on images made to a DVD disk so I create the images to either an external Hard Drive or on a partition not being imaged.
Great day to all,
When I put my new computer together was using two HIS 5750 in crossfirex and could not load the Win 7 Pro that way just would not load then removed one video card and all went in well. After the OS was in and I installed Catalyst then the other card went right in loaded driver and enabled crossfire fine but now with both cards in the CD rescue disk will not boot both win 7 rescue or Arconis disk same thing as it seems they need the crossfirex driver installed so how do we slipstream the driver into the rescue disk to boot the computer to recover a problem???? Any ideas
Personally I enable the Startup Recovery Manager... This will display "Press F11 for Acronis startup manager" before the OS is loaded, allowing you to restore an image if the needs arises. Create a new image with both cards installed, and you shouldn't have any problem..
