Solved Activate a Theme via Key?

I have a G510s keyboard with programmable keys. I want to assign some of them so that they will activate specific themes I have saved in the 'My Themes' section of the Control Panel's 'Personalization' window. How can I do this, shortcut, macro, command, ???

thx Shawn. where do I find the theme and what would be the 'run' command syntax? If it can be shown me how to make a shortcut of this (iow, what the shortcut cmd text is), I could use it in other ways as well.

"My Themes" are in the folder below.

%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes

You'll need to check the keyboard's manual on how to program the keys for specific details, but you would basically just need to open/run the full path of the .theme file you want to have it used.

Thx Shawn - I tested this by putting the path you provided above with the desired theme name into the Start > run dialogue. I also created a shortcut and assigned a programmable key. In both cases it worked perfect with one vital exception. Not only does it activate the theme as per my request, but it also opens the personalization window, and this I do not want. Thoughts?

Shawn, once again you have done it! With additional tweaks I was able to prevent the window from opening and all functions as per my original post request. THX!!!
