Activation question

Maybe a little paranoid, but now that I installed a clean Windows 7 using an upgrade version on its own drive, and dual booting with Vista 32 bit, if I activate Windows 7 , will MS disable or deactivate my Vista? Cant afford that to happen right now. I hope the answer is no

NO, they should both stay activated as there's a lot of dual boot systems out there.
