Active windows often become inactive suddenly, and back again

I'm using Windows 7 64bit, I got a problem since about 3 days lately, my active windows regularly switched to inactive and then back to active again in a view seconds without I have to do anything. It's really annoying, especially when I play a game
I know and understand what "show desktop" button is, and that's not the problem.
Help me, please. Thank you for any advice, I really need it.

Wow, having windows go inactive would drive me crazy.
