Adobe Photoshop CS3 and CS4 problem

Hello everybody; since I have installed my Win7 Ultimate x64, I have not had any problems with Photoshop, When I first installed CS3 it was working fine for couple of months until yesterday. I then installed CS4 and i had the same problem; - when i started the .exe file (when the installation was done) it loads for couple of seconds and says program not responding and it shuts down
Here's the error for CS4:

Have you tried running as admin? Sometimes the programs need to access stuff that you cant let them. Also, if that doesnt work, please make sure that you have all the drivers needed installed.

I will now install CS3 and it worked even if I didnt run the program as administrator, it worked in compatability mode for Vista but the problem occured yesterday somehow.. :(

Its running in Vista compatability mode as administrator

Problem solved.. my Dell printer was using the same .dll file so I deleted the dell folder in twain_32 and now it works.. thanks for all your help!
The thread can be now deleted.. :)
