After reinstalling google chrome i get these annoying pop ups

Almost every time i go to you tube or other sites it does it but not face book so when click skip ad in you tube for example it loads another google tab opens with some spam sites, with that said i uninstalled google chrome and delete every file that associations with google chrome on my windows c drive and even deleted a few google keys in the registry, and then reinstalled google chrome and still get the same problem, another thing i made sure that google extensions that nothing was running that i needed, so yea i been working and fixing computers for more then 20 years and yes this problem should be fixed with my experience, so others peoples thoughts to solve this would be appreciated
