After switching to classic theme and back to aero, windowborders "cut"
Hi
I was trying out the classic theme but did not like it and switched back to Aero but now, every Windows Border looks "cut" and too small, as you can see in the picture:

Things ive tried but didnt work:
-Restart.
-resize Window border sizes in advanced appearance settings.
-Restart DWM via CMD.
-Refresh the theme by deleting it then picking it again in Control Panel.
-Ran the Aero Troubleshooter (no problems found)
-sfc /scannow (no problems found there either)
Programs which dont have this issue:
-Mozilla Firefox
-Explorer.exe
-Windows Media Center
-uTorrent
-Miranda NG
-Internet Explorer 8
-Windows PowerShell
-Most Windows Programs.
Programs which get this issue:
-Run dialog (as shown in the picture above)
-Rawrite32
-Calculator
-Snipping Tool
-OteNet DSLMon
-Tera Term
I think it only happens with programs with odd Window sizes and Dialogs, like Snipping tool and Run dialog.
I require assistance as soon as possible!
