AMD Radeon HD 7470: Display driver won't install on Professional x64

When I install through the installer, it extracts the files and goes to the analyzing screen then I get a BSOD. Then with WorkaroundInstall on InstallManager.cfg set to true, I open the setup.exe and it installs everything except the AMD Display Driver, which says "Fail" on the installation log. Then when I manually install the driver through Driver Manager, it gives an error saying "Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device; The system cannot read the driver for the specified device.". I've tried both Catalyst and Crimson Beta and get the same results.

Nick sorry mate but I can see there are dumps there but they are in a format I cannot see and even less read can I get you to resend them again please and I know you have followed the tutorials abut just make sure you do them to the letter.
