Any GMA 3150 driver update gives me bluescreen

So I've been having a wealth of problems with my netbook.

I've made a couple posts on other websites about it, tried all sorts of fixes but ended up having to format my computer (did a Darik's Boot and Nuke to make sure). Reinstalled all the drivers from the ASUS website, and bam had bluescreen errors again (constantly whenever booting up). Analysed the crash dumps, found something about a bad driver, booted into safe mode and uninstalled each driver until I could boot normally back into windows.

So I've found that it's the GMA 3150 driver. I'm currently running stock-standard "driver" (standard vga adapter) dated from 2006. It's stuck in 800x600 (1024x600 is native), videos look extremely aliased and ugly, so it's quite undesirable to keep it this way.

I've scoured Google for old drivers, tried ones from 2009 through to 2011, it all result in the same thing.

What am I able to do from here?

This as well didn't work, gave me a bluescreen on restart (after installing driver). There is fundamentally something wrong, does anyone have a clue?

Basically any driver update gives me BSOD after windows splash screen (sometimes I get to desktop and things load for a few secs before I get it).

I've attached my crash dump, but I had to add a .txt extension to it because the site wouldn't upload a .dmp (so just remove the .txt extension). After analysing it it just says monitor.sys could be the problem.

Any help would be appreciated!

Yeah sorry been offline for a few days. Please do not bump your own thread uninstall your monitor driver in device manager as its causing a blue screen what monitor do you have?

If I didn't bump my own thread it would have been on page 2 and almost certainly not looked at.

Have you even read my first post?

I'm using a netbook, so there is no monitor. What they're referring to is (I assume) my video driver.

The whole point of my thread was that, after a fresh format and reinstall, I am able to use my netbook with stock drivers. As soon as I update my video driver with ANY version for a GMA 3150 that I can find, my netbook will bluescreen. After this I have to boot into safe mode, uninstall the driver, and then windows is able to boot perfectly fine again.

So now that I've reiterated what I said in the first post, what can be done? Thanks.

Is almost my exact case, and after sending it to ASUS they determined it to be a faulty motherboard.
