Solved Any way to list folders and files mixed (sorted by date) in Explorer

I usually use Windows Explorer with the files and folders sorted by descending order of date. This means that the files and folders that are modified, most recently are at the top and are therefore easily accessible.

However, Windows continues to first display all the files sorted by descending order of date and then display all the folders that are sorted by descending order of date.

What I was hoping for was the following:
File 1 October 28, 2018
folder 1 October 28, 2018
File 2 October 27, 2018
Folder 2 October 27, 2018

Instead of this:
File 1, October 28, 2018
File 2, October 27, 2018
Folder 1, October 28, 2018
Folder 2, October 27, 2018

Is there a way to get the first display settings in Windows Explorer?

thank you for your response. The link did not help. However, since they were mentioning about View->Options and I could not find it, I I accidentally clicked on Group By . So I figured why not try group by date modified and low and behold, now I see the most recent file and folders first instead of files and folder separately.Eureka !
