Any way to teach Windows to don't use some RAM locations?

Hi all here!
Windows looks stupid sometime, and here I suppose we have an example: I have a syste with faulty motherboard, which gives an Error on Memtest86, sometimes, at a certain locations; it could be just necssary to Windows to understand from itself during the BOSD and avoid to use this location (or area) in future, or let the user set it.. to solve and have a stable system.

I googled around but it looks neverone has thought about it before, so I suppose it's impossible and Microsoft never thought to eforce their OS.

PS: yes I'm going to substitute the otherboard soon, I'm just curious about this.

There are already a lot of checks to prevent corruption of bad RAM allocations, due to access issues to using improper address allocations or just faulty RAM, resulting in BSODs or sometimes system freezes.
There is however no way to teach Windows what specific allocations not to use.

That idea, via config.sys writings, worked for Windows 3.0, 3.1 - Windows for Workgroups 3.11; I don't think such worked ever since.

This is weird, as Windows pretend (maybe, who knows) to be the best OS for PC in the world they should think introduce these troubleshotings.. If a PC merely fail different times at certain locations why insist?
It's the same happening whe the driver fails/bad sectors, it knows it perfectly because it receives the errors, but it insist on read that location.. and even worst pretend to each disk connected (for example USB) to write MFT.. it will spoil all disk structure quickly, instead on display a problem and ask at least what to do (insist/leave).
It's actually impossibile to recover a damaged disk under windows environment, we must use linux that is far from greedy pretend to manage delicated things.

PS: if luckly somebody that may report it Microsoft can read it, it would be better to see one day they cared about this.

Maybe Microsoft thinks like I do on this type of problem.

If you have bad ram, replace it.
If you have a bad hard drive, replace it.
