Computer is a laptop. Dig unplug adapter and remove battery for like 10mins. That has worked in the past but not this time. Remove and reseat RAM is not really easy without affecting warranty being a laptop.
unseated ram is common for hanging systems on laptops and if your concerned about warranty then call the people who hold your warranty and ask them if you can do it without voiding it ??
it's definately an avenue worth pursuing
