Asking Icon

Dear All,

I don't know,what i begin this email.
Becuase i noob here.
I just used Win 7 about a month.
I don't know everything before.
So I'm so sorry if my question ever posted before.

Ok. I explored this forum by visited Cutom Theme first.
In this i found there walpper with full icon around dekstop.
It's very impressive.cool.

Anyone can tell me. how to use that icon?

Thanks KHAYAT, now we can see what you mean.

If you are talking about the taskbars on the top and left hand side of the screen, the top bar is simply the Windows 7 bar dragged to the top.

The left hand side bar is either RocketDock: About RocketDock - RocketDock.com or,
ObjectDock: Stardock ObjectDock.
