Solved Audio and Video lag while watching movie

After defragmenting my hard drives it seems that my problem is solved :O i just hope i it won't happen again, thank you for your help guys ;)

Lol!! Defraging? Cool .. I'll remember that one. Good to know that it was resolved. Consider using Perfectdisk for defraging ... it's very good with automatic defragging whenever your pc is idle so I never had to launch it manually unless I uninstalled multiple programs or deleted a lot of files.
