Audio sound on my acer core i5 laptop became too low - How to fix it?

Hey, can anyone help me fix my laptop problem?

I am using acer core i5 processor 64 bit windows 7 ultimate. Sound volume suddenly become too low. I tried to configure settings, even setting speakers to dvd quality but no effect. I also tried windows 8.1 but still same problem.

Please help me troubleshoot this problem...:confused:

Make sure on the volume mixer that all of the applications have the same volume as the device master volume. Also disable all enhancements on the sound card device properties. Test and see if it helps.
