When I enter cutscenes in Crysis 2 the audio begins to stutter but the in-game audio plays fine. During cutscenes the video doesn't seem to miss a beat but the audio stutters the whole way through. If this is connected to my GPU then I would understand completely since I am running Crysis 2 on an Intel HD graphics 3000 IGP but if it is not then does anyone know what it could be?

Crysis has always been heavy on hardware so, my only suggestions would be.
1.- Patch the game to the latest versron
2.- Download the latest Audio and Video drivers for your rig, uninstall them and install and see what happens.
Now, being said that, if the rig is not giving you problems in any other way, I would probably put up with it if it only does it on cut-scenes... I know that not a solution but with games as of late being console ports to PC, you really don't know what you are going to get.
