Automatic detect settings for proxy setting wont stay clicked?

I have Windows 7 and IE 11. Everytime I check use automatically detect settings, every few mintues it keeps unchecking automatically detect settings, and re-checking proxy server. How do I get it to keep the automatically detect settings clicked?

I'm working on such a problem now. A serious infection can take over the proxy settings, run a full/deep scan with your antivirus. Hopefully you can get it updated first. Then use something like Malwarebytes to ferret out malware.
