Automation block error in IE8

I have a problem with a website I use for work. I work for a tech support company and I am gettin an automation block error when I am in IE8. Here is the problem I am having I can get the site to work fine if I right click and run as administrator. I am new to windows 7 and I am the only account on the laptop. I tried to go to properties of the IE8 shortcut on the desktop to set it to always run as an administrator but all of those options were greyed out. Question is why cant I run that as an administrator at all times when I am the administrator. I know about the hidden admin account but everyone I have talked to with the same version of 7 can access these options. Any ideas on why that would be???? Or any ideas on how I can unlock these options on my account without using the hidden admin...dont want to put that much risk out.....Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In tools\Internet options\security goto trusted sites "sites" button and add it > let us know if that solves your problem

I tried that and it still does not work..The only way that I can get the .dll file that is attached to the website we use is to right click and run IE8 as an administrator..The weird thing is that I have installed this on another computer with another admin account with higher security setting in IE and it works fine it will allow me to use the site without running IE as an admin...I cant figure out what the issue is I am lost

Thanks for the input...I got this working somehow...lol I went into the administrator levels and changed one thing that one of our programmers suggested and now.....Bazinga

Yea definately icky....I will have to make sure with my programmer tomm to make sure i give the right info...some stuff he walked me through and some I couldnt figure out what he was talking about so he connected and did some so I will find out tomm and put that info up..
