Autorun/play didn't pop up after this ..i

Just deleted sommit in the registry to get rid of previous installed mobile devices.(worked).. so I went a bit mad and deleted all 16 mobiles ever connected to my Windows 7 pc

now when i connect MY mobile device it has no autoplay popup, even thought the tic box is on in the autoplay in control panel is checked........ help

it didn't show at the bottom of autoplay either under portable devices like where's my device.... but here's the weird bit it shows the device in my computer when connected hurray!!!.........

1.any ideas on how to get back autoplay prompt when I plugin my device????? Please help

2.how do I get my device to reappear under autoplays portable devices?
Please help
