Solved Background pictures- how to make other countries available in MCT fold

Only the US photos will show for changing desktop background.
C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT (MCT is hidden folder)
Could someone tell how to make these pictures accessible without copying them to the US Folder or any other folder?
