Backup an Account?

Hello folks!

Anyone can recommend me a way to backup a Windows User Account?

So after formatting and reinstalling Windows 7 I can get all my AppData plus Documents and else?

I don't have a clue if Windows has a feature fullfilling this necessity...!

Have you tried using the built in backup feature?

What I do is simple - I move all the special folders (Documents, Downloads, Favorites, Contacts, Links, Saved Searches, Videos, Saved Games, etc.) to a different drive - and thus all my files are later available to me when I format and / reinstall the OS on my main HD.
