Backup did not complete

Here is the message i am gitting when i try to run backup windows backup fail while determing libraries locations of one of the users included in backup . Details : A volume shadow copy service component encountered an unexpected error can u please help the error codes here are 2 of em 0x81000031 and 0x8004230f

Details : A volume shadow copy service component encountered an unexpected error can u please help the error codes here are 2 of em 0x81000031 and 0x8004230f

Error code 0x81000031 occurs when you try to back up files by using the Backup and Restore Wizard on a Windows 7-based computer

no they don't i have win 7 home witch does not have the bit locker
