Backup "silly" issue - won't backup

Trying to backup on an newly formatted exterior 1.5TB drive and I get this message:


"The service cannot be started, either because itis disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it (0x80070422)"

OK, so I keep trying and I get this:​

"There is not enough disk space to create that volume shadow copy on the storage location. Make​

But what is weird is that I DO have enabled (external) device and it is 1.5TB​

Anybody can offer suggestions?...thanks​

Try to do Disk clean up and empty the system files and recycle bin

Thanks for your input, but been there & done that. I did a complete format for the backup drive (1.5TB) and it tells me there's not enough space. I think the issue comes from my backing up the SSD drive (Samsung 750MB) to a "normal" HD (WD Black) have been unable to locate anything on the Samsung site to see how to backup their drives - weird....maybe they just expect you to merely make a copy of it; maybe they think their stuff is so good it doesn't need tobe backed up......anyway...still trying

Increase it on C. About 10GB is enough. Do you have a partition called "system reserved" ... size about 100MB?
