Belkin F8T016 Mini-USB Bluetooth Dongle undetected

Hi everyone.

I'm posting here because I can't get my bluetooth adapter to get detected on my Windows Seven 64 bit. I'm trying to install broadcom, but it keeps saying the device is not detected, preventing me from doing the installation.

I tried the things on this thread: http://www.sevenforums.com/drivers/1787-belkin-f8t016-mini-usb-bluetooth-dongle.html But it's still undetected in my computer and I'm not sure what to do at this point.
Could someone please help me ? I'm getting really confused...

Hello Lunie and welcome to the forum
Have you tried using the Vista driver from Belkin? http://en-us-support.belkin.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/476/~/f8t016---mini-bluetooth-adapter---driver
Make sure the device is not plugged in attempt to install the driver and let us know what happens
Ps if it does not install normally you can also right click on it select properties, compatibility and select install in compatability mode for Vista

I tried this. It is still not recognized by the installer. :/

can you give me more info? Does it give a code no,?
Also check if it works on another PC

I have no other pc to try this on atm. Just a macbook.
And there is no error code. Just this message, saying there is no device.

Ok when you plug the dongle in does it show up in Device Manager if yes right click on it select driver and try pointing it to the driver that you have.
If it does not show then you are going to have to try something else, the possibilities being Dual boot with XP/Vista. Running a virtual XP/Vista. or if you have the windows 7 DVD changing over to 32bit; http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/85813-windows-7-universal-installation-disc-create.html as long as you install one version only you can use your existing key
