best dvd burning software?

looking for some software, preferably free lol

at the minute i have 'imgburn' and windows DVD maker

however imgburn does not add chapters to the DVDs i am making where as windows DVD maker does!

downside is that windows DVD maker takes around 1 hour 40 to complete a sucessful burn!

is there any other programs that can add chapters automatically but not take all day to make a few DVDs?
