I've been checking wikipedia & openwrt infor about WRT54xx's
WRT54G v2.0 thru v4.0 have 200mhz or 216mhz cpu, 16mb ram & 4mb flash memory
WRT54GS v1.0 thru v3.0 have 200mhz or 216mhz cpu, 32mb ram & 8mb flash memory
All of those are supported by OpenWRT & dd-wrt.
