BIOS Setup always show in turning on a Notebook/Laptop

It does sound like a failing (or failed) CMOS battery. Is the BIOS clock/date resetting itself to the same time/date? What is the make and full model number of the laptop/notebook?

Have you done the above?

As posted does your BIOS maintain the date and time? If no you need to replace the CMOS battery. If yes then its likely an incorrect BIOS setting thats causing the message.

I update the system date and time I save and exit the notebook restart and still go directly in BIOS Setup but the system date and time are correct its not restore to factory settings, and 'bout CMOS battery I disassemble my notebook but I haven't seen a CMOS Battery :( If the BIOS setting is incorrect why if I load the default settings this problem still appear?

When in BIOS is your hard drive being recognized and is it set first in boot order?

Just had a eureka moment and remembered one of friends had kinda the same problem as OP.The only solution was to bring laptop to DELL repair center and they found fault with MOBO and CMOS battery connection or something. If OP can't find any solution it would be advisable to bring laptop to nearest ASUS center.
This would be the last option IMO

Thats not good, any BIOS flash I've ever done only took seconds to do. Easily less than a minute. If your EEE PC doesn't have boot block or a backup BIOS option you could be in bug trouble, you may have just bricked it.
