blue screen crash at start up [urgent help please]

I keep getting a bluescreen every time i start up my netbook, after i log into my user account, so cannot do anything at all on my netbook, it is very frustrating.

It was happening every now and then when carrying out ordinary tasks so i tried restoring to factory settings and now I am getting a blue screen on every log in.

Any help would be brilliant, I am a relative novice when it comes to computer terms etc. so I would appreciate simple step by step help if that is possible, thanks.
