Blue screen when playing RAM heavy games (possibly)

Its's only happened about three times recently, the stop code was 1e (e1? It flashed too fast for me to grab it).
I was having no problems playing Endless Space, Terraria, or Far Cry 3. However the second I opened up Minecraft and a Minecraft Server I got a (the most recent) BSOD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Josh
(P.S. I had posted about a week ago, with (possibly?) the same/similar issue. I have since solved my Win 7 issue. If I should just continue in that thread instead, please let me know)

Your Realtek RTL8192CE Wireless LAN PCI-E NIC/Realtek RTL8188CE 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter driver seems to be causing an issue, please update the driver from here - Realtek

Please note other Realtek network adapters may use the same driver.

Code:
EXCEPTION_RECORD:  fffff880009afc18 -- ([COLOR="SeaGreen"].exr 0xfffff880009afc18[/COLOR])

   Parameter[1]: ffffffffffffffff
Attempt to read from address ffffffffffffffff

The function call which caused the exception is ndis!NdisAcquireRWLockRead, this is used to enable the driver to obtain read-only access to shared resources. However, I'm guessing the exception occurred, because another thread had a write access to the resource, but the thread didn't wait for the other thread to release the lock when it should have.

Thanks for the reply
I'm downloading the driver as I type this up. Should I go through the device manager and remove the old driver? Or just go ahead and run the install?

EDIT: Shortly after replying to the thread I received another BSOD, I had opend up Far Cry 3 to play around some more while waiting for a reply, new logs are attached.
EDIT 2: Another BSOD, this time during some Far Cry 3 play (JoshJ5HawkV2.zip). I did update my Wireless drivers but to no avail.

Your graphics card driver seems to be a possible cause, and is rather outdated, please update the driver from here -
Version: 320.49
Release Date for Desktops and Notebooks : July 1st 2013
In Device Manager: 9.18.13.2049

That "seems" to have done the trick. Is there any software out there that I can run that will stress my video card to test for a BSOD? Or should I just resume playing games and see what happens?

There are a few programs, however, I would suggest playing a few games and using the computer normally first, and if it crashes again, then we can begin stress testing.

Well it was running great for about an hour and a half to two hours then I got another BSOD while playing Ace of Spades. New logs are attached.

It seems you have installed the Beta driver and not the WHQL driver (see Post #4), anyhow, we'll also begin some stress testing; run the test for a few hours or when the temperature exceeds or meets 80*C:

Ah my apologies. I'll keep that in mind and grab the stable driver, can I install it as-is, or should I remove the old driver first?

I would remove the driver first, sometimes traces of the older driver in registry etc. can conflict with newly installed driver.

Well, it hit 80*C fairly quick, however it did not crash, or send me a BSOD with the WHQL Drivers. So I'll mark as solved for now :) Thank you for all the help!

Well it looks like I was incorrect. Opened up Minecraft and went to a BSOD after about 5 minutes of play. The new logs are attached. Thank you so much for the help on this. If you need any other information, please let me know.

Your Realtek Wireless LAN driver seems to be a possible cause again, is this definitely the latest driver?

Anyhow, the nVidia driver was also blamed again, have you checked inside your case for any dust accumulation on the fans and heatsinks? Whilst, running the graphics card test, it would be a good idea to remove the side panel.

Please boot into your BIOS, and then post the values for the 3.3V, 5V and 12V values.

Oh boy... I forgot I was OC'ing my CPU through my BIOS.. AMD Overdrive reported that HT Ref. Clock was back down to 200, but it was still at 250 in my BIOS. Sorry about that, I'll have to see if that was the problem. Anyhow, Voltage Values
Code:
CPU Vcore -> 1.432
3.3 V -> 3.200
5 V -> 4.879
12 V -> 11.792

They seem a little low in my opinion, but the system may still be stable without the overclocking.
